A.   From 05-11-2005 to 05-01-2017, Patricia Dye Schiavone dba Teacher, Mother, Victim, in which as victim, purchased her home, recorded in the Official Public Record Book 02015 Page 1945 Instrument Number: 1840752 Promissory Note Number: 648918797, Paragraph 3. Title: Payments. Section: (B) Tittle: Amount Of Monthly Payments, wherefore accepted by all parties: “My monthly payment will be in the amount of U.S. $887.31” and Patricia Dye Schiavone, for Twelve years [12] which is for One Hundred Forty Four Months [144] in a timely manner, in due time, paid the established monthly payment of $887.31 and as a result, $887.31 multiplied by144 months, equal the amount of $127,772.64 which are the payments made in accordance with the Note Number: 648918797.

B.   On 05-01-2017, Jesse K Bray, Amarkumar R. Patel, Chris Marshall, Dana Dillard, Glenn Onstad, Kelly Ann Doherty, Kurt Johnson, Neenu Kainth, Sridhar Sharma, Steve Covington, Tony Ebers, Unknown names of others, dba Nationstar Mortgage LLC, or aka Mr. Cooper, which is subsidiary, related or supplementary, controlled by a holding or parent company Wells Fargo Bank, National Association who suddenly and unlawfully altered  the Promissory Note Number: 648918797, Paragraph 3. Title: Payments. Section: (B) Title: Amount Of  Monthly Payments, wherefore accepted by all parties: “My monthly payment will be in the amount of U.S. $887.31” breached to the repugnant “Monthly Mortgage Payment $1,126,57” which is demanded arbitrarily, based on personal whim. Albertelli, George Albertelli, Jonathan David Sawyer, Clay Cornett, Stuart Michael Smith, Nathan Paul Gryglewicz, Ashley Arenas De Cubas, Stacy Humphries Mestayer, Brian Keith Widener, Kriss Delbert Felty, Mark Lembright, Antonio Escarlato, Scott Barnes, Joshua David Knight Jr., Lauren Margot Heggestad, John Shelley, Scott Walter, Angela Little, Ann Paula Richardson, Justin Charles Ritchie, Ryan Cook, Kenneth Quantie, Kelley Dodge, Jeffrey Sean Fraser, Coury Jacocks, James McPherson, Michael Louis Spicer, Natalia Christine Larson, Kirsten Piechotta, Sady Mauldin, Philip Frederick Reznik, Craig Beverly II, William Koehler, Johanna Harrington, Polyn Maria Vouis, Tina Marie Braune, Alma Santos, Unknown names of others, dba Albertelli Law, and others, dba white-collar racketeering, extortionist, abusing the influence work of office, filed the repugnant groundless law suit, title: Count 1 – Mortgage Foreclosure, Count II – Reformation Of Mortgage; The Promissory Note Number: 648918797 signed by the victim Patricia Dye Schiavone, for the reason that the Note Number is unlawfully blacked out, misleading by 12 perjury counts.

WHEREFORE: 

D.   Perjury Count 1, the repugnant groundless law suit, title: Verified Mortgage Foreclosure Complaint, is Perjury for the reason that breached USC28 § 1746 Title: Unsworn Declarations Under Penalty Of Perjury, and thereby is no seal of the Authority or Notary, which is signed by Tina Marie Braune, knowledge and belief, which are not correct.

(1)   Perjury Count 2, the repugnant groundless law suit, title: Count 1 – Mortgage Foreclosure, Paragraph 2. declared: “Donald Schiavone, executed  Mortgage dated  May 12, 2005,” which the undeniable evidence, the truth, the fact, the absolute, shows that Donald Schiavone Did Not Sign the Promissory Note, consequently breached USC18 § 1621 Title: Perjury Generally.

(2)   Perjury Count 3, the repugnant groundless law suit, title: Count 1 – Mortgage Foreclosure, Paragraph 2. declared: “…, a copy of the Note and Mortgage are attached hereto.”, which is perjury for the reason that the Note Number Is Maliciously Removed by Plaintiff, consequently breached USC18 Chapter 47 Title: Fraud And False Statements. § 1001 Title: Statements Or Entries Generally.

(3)   Perjury Count 4, the repugnant groundless law suit, title: Count 1 – Mortgage Foreclosure, Paragraph 5. declared: “Defendant(s) has defaulted under the Note and Mortgage by failing to pay the payment due June1, 2017 and all subsequent payments have not been made.”, undeniable evidence, the truth, the fact, the absolute, the indisputable, shows that “On 06-01-2017 Patricia Dye Schiavone paid $127,772.64 which is144 timely payments, 12 years of uninterrupted payments, and each monthly payment, was paid for the agreed amount of $887.31”; Nationstar Mortgage LLC, or aka Mr. Cooper, which is subsidiary, related or supplementary, controlled by a holding or parent company Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, dba “New Note Holder”, Polyn Maria Vouis, and others, ET AL, is prohibited by the “Rule Of Law” “Federal Law” “Federal Constitution” to breach by repugnant “Monthly Mortgage Payment $1,126,57 which is demanded arbitrarily, based on personal whim, impairing the obligation “Promissory Note Contract Number: 648918797”, consequently breached USC18 § 1621 Title: Perjury Generally. (4)   Perjury Count 5, the repugnant groundless law suit, title: Count 1 – Mortgage Foreclosure, Paragraph 7. declared: “Borrower(s) owes Plaintiff $118,311.76 that is due on principal on the Note Mortgage, plus interest from May 1, 2017,” which is perjury, for the reason that these numbers are based on the repugnant “Monthly Mortgage Payment $1,126,57” which is demanded arbitrarily, based on personal whim, impairing the obligation Promissory Note Contract Number: 648918797, consequently breached USC18 § 1623 Title: False Declarations Before Grand Jury Or Court.

(5)   Perjury Count 6, the repugnant groundless law suit, title: Count 1 – Mortgage Foreclosure, at the WHEREFORE: declared: “Plaintiff respectfully requests that this Court enter judgment foreclosing the Mortgage” consequently breached USC18 § 1622 Title: Subornation Of Perjury, which is causing the court to commit perjury.

(6)   Perjury Count 7, the repugnant groundless law suit, title: Count II – Reformation Of Mortgage. Paragraph 18. Section b. declared: “On or about May 12, 2005, Patricia D. Schiavone a/k/a Patricia Schiavone, and Donald Schiavone, Wife and Husband, executed a mortgage to ABN AMRO Mortgage Group,” which is perjury. Donald Schiavone Did Not Sign The Promissory Note, consequently breached USC18 § 1623 Title: False Declarations Before Grand Jury or Court. 

 (7)   Perjury Count 8, the repugnant groundless law suit, title: Count II – Reformation Of Mortgage. Paragraph 21. Section b. declared: “A true and correct copy of the Mortgage is attached hereto as an Exhibit.” which is perjury. Promissory Note Contract Number: 648918797 is Blacked out by the Plaintiff, consequently breached USC18 § 1623 Title: False Declarations Before Grand Jury or Court.

(8)   Perjury Count 9, the repugnant groundless law suit, title: Verified Mortgage Foreclosure Complaint, is Perjury for the reason that Tina Marie Braune, when signed declared: “to the best of my knowledge and belief” breached USC28 § 1746 Title: Unsworn Declarations Under Penalty Of Perjury, for the reason that should be sign in the Federal Law Form, which Ordered: “I, Tina Marie Braune declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct. Executed On Date 04-09-2018.”; the repugnant groundless law suit is neither true nor correct.

(9)   Perjury Count 10, the repugnant groundless law suit, title: Verified Mortgage Foreclosure Complaint, is Perjury for the reason that Lynn Vouis, aka Polyn Maria Vouis, when signed declared: “Plaintiff, by and through the undersigned attorney, prays this honorable Court grant the above request relief and such other relief deemed appropriate and just.”, which is a declaration NOT under penalty of perjury, therefore breached USC28 § 1746 Title: Unsworn Declarations Under Penalty Of Perjury, for the reason that it should be signed by the Federal Law Form, which Ordered: “I, Lynn Vouis, aka Polyn Maria Vouis declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct. Executed On Date 04-11-2018.”

(10)   Perjury Count 11, the repugnant groundless law suit, title: Verified Mortgage Foreclosure Complaint, and page Title: Certification Of Possession Of Original Note. Paragraph 6 declared: “Correct copies of the note … are attached to this certification” which is perjury, Promissory Note Contract Number: 648918797 is Blacked out by the Plaintiff. Therefore the copy is not correct, breached USC18 § 1623 Title: False Declarations Before Grand Jury or Court. 

(11)   Perjury Count 12, the repugnant groundless law suit, title: Verified Mortgage Foreclosure Complaint, page Title: Certification Of Possession Of Original Note, is Perjury for the reason that Alma Santos, when signed declared: “Under Penalty of perjury, I declare that I have read the foregoing Certification of Possession of Original Note and that the facts stated in it are true”, a declaration which is NOT CORRECT under penalty of perjury, therefore breached USC28 § 1746 Title: Unsworn Declarations Under Penalty Of Perjury, for the reason that should be signed by the Federal Law Form, which Ordered: “I, Alma Santos declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and CORRECT. Executed On Date 04-11-2018.”
