A.    On 11-03-2020, Nardo Dorsin, ET AL, dba Defacto Attorney for the Law Firm Liebler, Gonzalez & Portuondo, representing Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. aka “Wells Fargo”  dba violators of the “Rule Of Law” “Common Law” “Federal Law” “Federal Constitution” “Bill Of Rights And Bill Of Prohibitions” Amendment VII [7], sent letter to the Florida Statewide Common Law Grand Jury.

(1)   On 11-03-2020, Nardo Dorsin, ET AL,  dba Defacto Attorney for the Law Firm Liebler, Gonzalez & Portuondo, representing Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. aka “Wells Fargo”  found “nothing to support”, which is ignoring the “Rule Of Law” “Common Law” “Federal Law” “Federal Constitution” “Bill Of Rights And Bill Of Prohibitions” Amendment VII [7] which ordered: “In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise reexamined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.”

(2)   On 11-03-2020, Nardo Dorsin, ET AL,  dba Defacto Attorney for the Law Firm Liebler, Gonzalez & Portuondo, representing Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. aka “Wells Fargo” declare: “that a fine, not to exceed $250,000, or 20 years of imprisonment was assessed against certain employees and associates of Wells Fargo”… The undeniable evidence, the absolute truth, the fact, is: “the violators appraised the stolen Real Estate Property for the amount of $439,000 …” The $250,000 fine is less than the $439,000 stolen home. No doubt this $250,000 fine is a very good business for the violators’ thieves!!!
